🌭 Happy Dog – Aged beef hot dog in a brioche bun with pico de gallo, spicy brown sauce, and crème fraîche. The star guest of La Comuna’s 4th Anniversary Party!
🥚 Çilbir Eggs – Two poached eggs in a garlicky yogurt sauce with chili oil, piquillo peppers, and pistachios.
🐟 Smoked Cod & Egg Bun – Smoked cod with purple cabbage tartar sauce, two folded eggs, and spring onions.
